Office of the General Counsel

Equal Opportunity & Non-Discrimination Charter.

Effective Date: August 2026 | Jurisdiction: South Dakota, USA

1. The Meritocratic Mandate

Kenbridge International University operates as an elite, global autonomous institution. Our core philosophy demands that true global leadership requires absolute intellectual and operational sovereignty. Therefore, the University adheres to a strictly meritocratic foundation in all its operations, admissions, and conferments.

2. Global Non-Discrimination Declaration

Kenbridge International University does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities, admissions protocols, or executive operations.

Institutional Equity: We are committed to providing an inclusive, secure, and welcoming environment for all members of our global executive network, alumni cadre, faculty, and institutional partners.

3. Executive Cohorts & Senate Conferments

Nomination and ratification for the Doctor honoris causa and admission into our professional masterclasses are evaluated through a globally standardized vetting process by the University Senate.

The selection protocol evaluates candidates exclusively on the basis of their professional excellence, real-world impact, corporate disruption, and philanthropic legacy. Demographic markers play absolutely no role in the Senate’s ratification process.

4. Accessibility to Global Archives

The University ensures that its digital infrastructure, including the Global Registry Terminal, remains equally accessible to verification agencies, legal counsels, and employers worldwide, without geographical prejudice or restriction.

5. Reporting & Compliance

Any individual associated with the Kenbridge network who believes they have been subject to discriminatory practices may securely submit a dossier of grievance to the Office of the General Counsel. All inquiries are managed under extreme confidentiality and addressed strictly according to the corporate governance laws of South Dakota, USA.
