By accessing the digital portals, executive cohorts, or accepting a conferment from Kenbridge International University (registered as a Nonprofit Corporation in South Dakota, USA, Filing: NS333216), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The University operates as an autonomous executive entity and reserves the right to modify its governance protocols to align with global corporate standards.
The Doctor honoris causa and allied executive certifications bestowed by the University Senate are strictly titular, philanthropic accolades recognizing exceptional societal, corporate, or humanitarian contributions.
Legal Limitation: These conferments are governed exclusively by internal institutional protocols. They confer no statutory, clinical, or academic rights under any regional or international educational regulatory body—including, but not limited to, the US Department of Education, the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), the University Grants Commission (UGC), or any allied medical/educational jurisdictions.
These accolades are awards of legacy and must never be utilized, represented, or advertised to secure academic employment, clinical licensure, or statutory government positions requiring traditional PhDs.
Kenbridge International University maintains absolute authority over its Global Registry Terminal. Any laureate, scholar, or affiliate found misrepresenting an honorary conferment as a clinical, academic, or research-based PhD will be considered in material breach of this agreement.
The Office of the General Counsel reserves the unilateral right to issue an immediate Revocation of Credential and permanently expunge the individual's records from the institutional database without prior warning.
All proprietary frameworks, syllabus architectures, branding, and cryptographic registry systems belong exclusively to Kenbridge International University. Unauthorized syndication, duplication, or digital scraping of the University’s directories is strictly prohibited and protected under US Federal Law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or institutional engagement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within South Dakota.
